About the role We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
Responsibilities:
Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor Perform quality checks on the completed output Package finished goods for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area What we need from you Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team Adhere to safety guidelines Work efficiently Meet company production standards with limited supervision Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions Previous production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Good hand/eye dexterity What we offer Inclusive & Equal Opportunity Employer We're committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
