Every piece is crafted with care, precision, and a storybook touch. We are looking for someone who loves detail-oriented work and takes pride in creating beautiful handmade items. Position Overview We are seeking a Sewing and Assembly Production Specialist to help with the creation of our fabric garlands. This role includes sewing letters, stuffing them evenly, stringing finished garlands, attaching bows, prepping materials, and packaging completed orders. You will be working independently and must be comfortable maintaining consistency, quality, and accuracy across all pieces. Responsibilities Sew fabric letters using a standard sewing machine Stuff letters neatly and evenly for a polished, full shape String finished garlands based on order details Prepare bows, trims, and finishing details Follow color palettes and production notes precisely Maintain consistent sizing, shaping, and stitching Package finished garlands neatly and securely Keep a clean, organized workspace Meet weekly production timelines Qualifications Basic sewing-machine experience required Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow patterns and color instructions accurately Comfortable working independently Reliable, organized, and consistent with quality Experience with handmade or craft-based work is a bonus Schedule Flexible, part-time hours. Work can be done on-site during agreed-upon times. Compensation $15-$17 per hour (depending on experience and speed) Open to discussing raises as proficiency increases.
