We're seeking two talented wafer fab process engineers specializing in optical thin film coating to help develop and run high-precision deposition processes for advanced optical devices. 1st shift | Monday•Friday | 7:30 am•3:30 pm Benefits of the wafer fab process engineer: Be part of a dynamic and innovative engineering team Opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role Work directly on advanced optical semiconductor technologies Career development in a forward-thinking environment Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) Scheduled raise/salary review Company parties Stable shop with long term customers Duties of the wafer fab process engineer: Develop and refine optical thin film evaporation processes for semiconductor devices Operate and optimize semiconductor deposition equipment, including evaporation and sputtering tools Perform process quality control to ensure consistent device yield and performance Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams Potential to help build and lead a technical operations team as the project scales Requirements of the wafer fab process engineer: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering (required) Hands-on experience with optical thin film deposition techniques, especially evaporation Familiarity with semiconductor fab tools and environments; sputtering experience a plus Strong interest in process development and production-scale operations Additional information: Apply today!
