Production Operator 2nd shift

Sanimax is looking for a Production Operator to work the second shift at our South St. Paul facilities. Why join Sanimax? Pay starts at $21.38 There is a $0.75 per hour shift premium A $1.00 per hour attendance premium Stable schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Full benefits to include Health, Dental, Vison, Short/Long Term Disability and a matching 401K up to 5% 3% Quarterly Bonus Opportunity for advancement Stable and growing company that has been in business for 85+ years As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for: Various plant production functions which will include loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventory Backing and dumping trailers into staging areas Partnering with the supervisor or maintenance to trouble shoot and repair equipment failures. Maintain a safe and clean working environment Seek better ways by communicating with the shift supervisor on cost saving ideas or recommendations involved in the plant operations Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 18 years age 1+ year experience working in a plant environment preferred Experience with forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment is a plus Ability to learn various tasks and computer system Strong communication skills Can work independently when needed, while being a team player

Physical Requirements:
