Job Overview:
Contract Work Only! We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and assembly of window components within our production line. This position involves hands-on mechanical assembly, material handling, and the use of basic tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in production, general labor, or assembly preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Basic mechanical and woodworking skills Ability to read and interpret basic reports Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Why Join Us? While some production areas are not fully climate-controlled and may become warm during summer months, we provide HVAC systems, fans, and hydration stations to maintain employee comfort. The workspace is large and well-organized, with designated areas for breaks, restrooms, and hydration. We foster a structured, team-oriented environment focused on achieving and exceeding production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Stillwater, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.81
  • $24.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
