Production Associate

Responsibilities Hang parts on the overhead track to be painted Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks, ensuring safety and precision at all times Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects or issues Assist with packaging and labeling of finished goods Ensure quantity of parts matches incoming counts when received and before processing Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes Skills Familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift over head Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in varying temperatures Hours Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00/5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
