We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Transportation & Infrastructure (Pole) Business Unit. The Production Operator is responsible for entry level manufacturing tasks in accordance with product specifications.

50 per hour (non-exempt) (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)

Shift Schedule :

1st shift: Monday

• Thursday 5am
• 3pm, 2nd shift: Monday
• Thursday 3pm
• 1am, Weekend shift: Friday
• Sunday 5am
• 5pm

Shift Differential :

1st shift

• N/A, 2nd shift
• $1.50/hour, OR Weekend shift
• $2.

50/hour As a Production Operator , you will: Perform clean-up, grinding, drilling, straightening, blast booth, cutting, galvanizing process preparation and general production support tasks Use hoist or other material handling equipment to transport materials and product into and out of the work area as required Examine finished products for defects Accurately label all parts for routing to next operation Monitor the production board and internal paperwork to perform tasks in the designated sequence Enter job data in production tracking system Ensure use of safe work procedures and wear all required PPE Perform work at the appropriate pace to maintain quality and productivity requirements Follow company policies in relation to safety, cleanliness, attendance etc. Perform other duties as assigned or requested Role Qualifications as a

Production Operator :

Experience with mechanical machines or devices, preferring electrical and/or mechanical assembly High attention to detail Skill of effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills Skill to operate various precision measuring tools and hand tools Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, operating instructions, procedures and prints Ability to perform basic shop math functions Ability to read and understand required internal manufacturing paperwork in English Ability to electronically record production information Ability to work with others as part of a high-performance team Ability to adapt to changing work priorities

Physical Demands:

(Production) This position requires the individual to wear and work in company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires that the individual can lift a minimum of 50lbs. And, if applicable, can maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift. Must be able to work in, on, or around equipment and machinery. The employee may need to perform work with the use of ladders. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met during a pre-employment Physical Work Screening (PWS).
