This hands-on, first-shift role involves working directly with forms, materials, and equipment to ensure top-quality production. Responsibilities Prepare and set up steel forms for production. Operate spray equipment and apply to molds. Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse. Start, stop, and monitor production equipment. Essential Skills Experience in general labor. Strong attendance record. Ability to stand for long periods. Capable of lifting over 40 lbs. Willingness to work in a hands-on environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
