JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Line Lead assists the Production Supervisor in overseeing manufacturing processes for their assigned area. They will provide direction and oversight to the assigned assembly station, ensuring continuous movement of production and resolving any issues that might slow operations. Ensure that assigned area is appropriately set-up and ready to run at designated times and ensure that start-ups and change-overs are completed within designated windows.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE
Time-management abilities. Understands and implements all safety standards. Strong productivity focus and analytical skills Good leadership skills and ability to provide guidance to employees. Mechanical/machine operation skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years experience working in manufacturing Previous supervising experience preferred but not required.
