Job Description

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA ), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Assembly/ Production Associates for our client in the automotive manufacturing industry located in Blue Springs, MO.
Location:
Blue Springs, MO.
Pay rate:
1st shift
  • $18.00/HR 2nd shift
  • $18.75/HR 3rd shift
  • $18.75/HR The shift hours are as follows: 1st Shift
  • 6:00 AM
  • 2:20 PM (Monday
  • Friday) 2nd Shift
  • 2:00 PM
  • 10:20 PM (Monday
  • Friday) 3rd Shift
  • 10:00 PM
  • 6:20 AM (Sunday
  • Thursday) You will be required to work overtime as requested
Responsibilities:
Participate on a production team as required per work instructions in an efficient manner Be able to work with minimal supervision Be self-motivated, a team player, and a fast learner Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling Have great communication skills Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Requirements:
You must have a High School Diploma or GED You will be required to do an onsite interview at the plant, prior to being offered a position Must be able to pass post Offer Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check Must be able to work full time and some OT as needed Must be punctual, and have your own transportation ( This job is not on a bus route) You must have steel toed shoes or boots at time of application Interested in this position?
