What You'll Do:

Inspect molded plastic parts to ensure they meet fit, form, and function standards. Perform first piece, hourly, and final inspections according to quality procedures. Measure parts using gauges, calipers, templates, or other inspection tools. Identify defects such as warping, short shots, flash, deformities, or incorrect dimensions. Apply and verify product identification labels on parts and finished goods. Operate production machines, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and routine adjustments. Monitor machine output and report any irregularities or equipment concerns. Trim, deburr, or finish parts as needed to meet quality specifications. Maintain accurate counts, documentation, and inspection records. Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and work instructions. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards. Communicate quality or production issues to leads,

Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow written instructions, production sheets, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail.
