This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, efficiency, and excellence. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict regulatory standards to deliver safe and delicious foods to consumers. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure continuous production flow Assist with packaging processes, ensuring products are correctly filled, sealed, and labeled according to specifications Follow FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to maintain product safety and quality standards Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs on machinery Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and organizing supplies for production lines Participate in assembly tasks for packaging components or product units as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with safety protocols Skills Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their role in automated manufacturing systems Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to food production environments Experience with packaging machinery, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools for maintenance or repairs Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse settings Familiarity with warehouse experience including inventory control and material handling procedures Mechanical knowledge necessary for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving food production operation.
