Job Description
Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in a production environment. Perform assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly processes. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly for resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to production operations. Experience operating forklifts and other machinery safely. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in manufacturing settings. Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory environments is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual production targets. Basic understanding of safety protocols within manufacturing facilities. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Ability to lift 50 LBS consistently. Be sure to be able to provide work history or resume.
