The Solstice Advanced Materials plant, located in Columbia, MO 65202, has an immediate opening on their production line for a Process Operator - Level 2. As a Process Operator - Level 2 at Solstice, you will help ensure smooth production processes by monitoring parameters, troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Your role is crucial to maintaining quality and compliance. You will report directly to the ISC Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) Operate packaging lines Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met. Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping. Work as a team to complete assigned tasks. Will be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work 12-hour shifts Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

COMPENSATION
