$16 - $18 per hour (based on experience) About the Role DSport Graphics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Logistics Associate to support our busy custom apparel production team. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our screen printing operation running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Check in incoming garments and match them accurately to active jobs for printing. Work closely with the Production Manager to schedule and prioritize jobs. Catch, inspect, and finish printed garments as they come off the dryer. Professionally fold, package, and prepare orders for customer pickup or shipping. Clean and coat screens for upcoming jobs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the production area. Assist with general warehouse and shipping/receiving tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina — must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move garments/boxes. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Basic computer skills (for job tracking). Apparel or screen printing experience is a big plus.
