What You'll Do:
Build high-quality vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors Operate modern manufacturing equipment (no experience needed- we train you) Perform quality checks and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and others protected

Starting pay between $19.98- $25.68/hour Guaranteed raises after 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year Profit sharing

What We're Looking For:
Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Eagerness to learn and take on new skills Reliable attendance and attention to detail Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation) Available Shifts (Eldon):Day Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM- 2:30
PM Evening Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM- 3:00 AM (Schedules may vary based on production needs)
Weekend Shift :
Friday- Sunday, 6:00am
