Job Description -

Mail Production Specialist Position Purpose:

To accurately distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and support administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence for processing. Scan incoming documents and ensure proper indexing. Record specified documents into tracking systems for compliance and reporting. File imaged claims and appeals , including adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims. Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors. Lift and transport totes weighing 35-40 pounds as needed. Support mandatory overtime requirements to meet production deadlines.

Education & Experience Required:

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

3 months - 1 year of production‑related experience. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and scanning systems). Physical ability to lift and move totes weighing up to 40 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime as required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
