We are a next-generation private label manufacturing platform helping brands develop, manufacture, and fulfill personal care, beauty, skin care, hair care, and related products using software-defined workflows, automated production systems, and a digital-first quality infrastructure. Our manufacturing platform is built for flexibility, fast iteration, and high-quality execution across a broad range of formulations and packaging formats. About the Role We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support day-to-day production at our St. Louis facility. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who takes pride in doing things the right way. You will help manufacture, fill, pack, label, stage, and ship cosmetic and personal care products for a growing contract manufacturing operation. You'll work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations to ensure batches are executed safely, accurately, cleanly, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who likes fast-moving physical work, follows process well, and wants to grow inside a modern manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Support daily manufacturing operations for cosmetic and personal care products, including liquids, creams, gels, washes, lotions, oils, and related formulations Assist with weighing, batching, mixing, transferring, filling, capping, labeling, lot coding, packing, and palletizing finished goods Operate and monitor production equipment, semi-automated systems, and Formulate's automated manufacturing technology Perform line clearance, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation of production rooms, tools, vessels, and equipment Verify component counts, labels, lot numbers, and packaging configuration before and during runs Support in-process checks and escalate any quality, safety, or production issues immediately Assist with receiving, material movement, inventory organization, and warehouse support as needed Help pack and prepare finished goods for outbound shipment What Success Looks Like You show up on time, ready to work, and can be counted on by the team You work with strong attention to detail and do not cut corners You communicate clearly when materials, equipment, or documentation do not look right You contribute to high throughput without sacrificing quality or safety What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods Able to lift and move materials/products consistent with production work Comfortable working around batching equipment, filling lines, pumps, hoses, and cleaning chemicals Willingness to learn new systems and operate automation-driven production technology Physical / Work Environment Requirements Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift Must be able to lift boxes, pails, and materials within safe operating limits Must be able to work in a production environment with frequent cleaning, changeovers, and material handling Why Join Formulate Labs Work inside a modern, automation-driven manufacturing company Be part of a team building the next generation of contract manufacturing Opportunity to grow as production volume and facility capabilities expand Fast-moving environment where strong performers can take on more responsibility Competitive compensation and meaningful hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing To Apply Send your resume to my email at forsythem6191@gmail.comJob Type:
