We are a small, hands-on team with a growing catering operation, and we are looking for reliable part-time kitchen support team members who are willing to work hard, stay positive, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who wants part-time hours, honest pay, a clear schedule, and rotating weekends off. About the Role We are hiring part-time Kitchen Support Team Members to help with service, dishes, prep, cleaning, and kitchen flow. This is a hands-on role. You may help customers during busy service, support the line, wash dishes, restock, clean, and complete prep work for the next day. You do not need extensive restaurant experience, but you do need to be dependable, coachable, and comfortable staying active during your shift. Schedule This position requires availability Wednesday through Sunday . Shifts are typically 4-6 hours , depending on business needs and the assigned role for the day. What You'll Do Assist guests and take orders when needed Support the line during busy service Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean Restock the line and supplies Complete prep work for the next day Help with kitchen cleanup and closing tasks Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work with urgency, care, and a positive attitude Pay & Perks $15-17.00 per hour + share of tip pool Part-time schedule 4-6 hour shifts Small team environment Opportunity to learn service, prep, kitchen support, and catering flow What We're Looking For The right person is: Reliable and shows up when scheduled Available Wednesday-Sunday Comfortable working 4-6 hour shifts Willing to wash dishes, clean, prep, and help wherever needed Positive, respectful, and team-minded Able to follow directions and work cleanly Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment Willing to help guests when needed Coachable and dependable Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful, but not required.
