Workshop Floor Flex Shift

Job Summary:

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a team-driven environment? At Moore Fans, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our workshop floor and help build high-quality industrial fans. You'll receive hands-on training across nearly all of our assembly processes, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate blades and hubs for industrial fan assemblies.
• Assemble components according to production and quality standards.
• Prioritize safety and quality by following training procedures and workshop policies.

Schedule:

• Friday through Sunday, 4:55 a.m. to 5:25 p.m.
• Additional overtime hours may be required based on production needs.
  
• Current schedule: As we continue to staL up to meet customer demand, our team is currently working overtime.
  Qualifications:
• Problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills.

• Someone who's willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Detail-oriented worker who can multitask in a dynamic environment.
