We are seeking dependable 2nd shift Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations including operating bagging equipment, packaging finished materials, palletizing product, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial setting and can perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Responsibilities Operate and monitor material bagging and packaging equipment Fill, seal, and stack bagged material product according to production standards Palletize finished product and prepare orders for shipment Inspect product for quality and report any defects or issues Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work area Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and line support as needed Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a loud, and physically demanding environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance history Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Math skills-weighing/measuring for batching Mechanical experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Work Environment Industrial production facility Exposure to noise, and varying temperatures PPE required (composite-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.) Benefits Weekly pay Stable, long-term employment Opportunity for advancement GREAT benefits
