Job Overview We are looking for a dependable Metal Finisher / Buffer to join our boat parts manufacturing shop. The ideal candidate will have some experience grinding and finishing metal, with stainless steel experience preferred. Job Duties Grind, polish, and finish stainless steel and other metal parts Operate buffers, grinders, and other finishing equipment Smooth and remove imperfections from metal surfaces Prepare parts for final assembly or finishing Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards Requirements Some experience with metal grinding, polishing, or finishing Ability to work with stainless steel and hand-held power tools Good attention to detail Reliable and able to work as part of a team Ability to perform physical work and stand for extended periods If you have metal finishing experience and take pride in producing clean, quality work, we would like to hear from you.

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
