Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Worker/General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various tasks on the factory floor. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Duties Assist with assembly line operations by loading, unloading, and organizing materials and components Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently to support production tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Support maintenance activities by identifying mechanical issues and reporting them promptly Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus Experience operating hand tools and power tools is highly desirable Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork Join us in a role where your hard work directly contributes to our production success!
