What You'll Do As part of our General Manufacturing team, you'll be cross-trained in a variety of processes used to manufacture precision medical devices. Depending on the area, responsibilities may include: Assemble and inspect small, precision medical device components Perform detailed work using microscopes or similar equipment Operate equipment used for buffing, grinding, drilling, and other manufacturing processes Use measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals Learn and become cross-trained in multiple manufacturing processes Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train individuals who are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn . Pay $16-$20/hour , based on experience Why Join Anodyne?
