Job Description The Entry Level Production Operator aids in the manufacturing process rotating positions as determined by the production supervisor. The successful applicant must be a flexible and motivated individual willing to work in a team fashion to achieve production goals and objectives. Job Responsibilities Handling and batching materials. Manual feed to conveyor. Bagging and palletizing. Operate machinery and lifting equipment. Maintain a clean, organized working area and assist with maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma / GED preferred. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong work ethic and punctuality. Able to work on foot for extended periods. Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 55 lbs. Minimum 1-year production experience. Work within a team-based environment. Experience operating a forklift truck preferred.
