Production Worker

Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description This entry-level role offers hands-on training for individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. You will support the production of heating elements and industrial ovens by following detailed drawings and instructions to assemble, wire, and complete finished products. Success in this position requires a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to develop new mechanical and electrical assembly skills. Responsibilities Follow engineered drawings, blueprints, and written instructions to assemble heating elements and industrial ovens. Drill and tap holes for mounting components according to specifications. Attach various mechanical connections and hardware to build subassemblies and final products. Perform basic wiring of electrical components as part of the assembly process, with training provided as needed. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks. Assist with general production and light assembly duties as assigned. Handle and install insulation and other materials required for product assembly. Perform basic mechanical assembly, ensuring all parts fit and function correctly. Support brazing and related tasks as needed, following safety and quality guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality and productivity standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience using hand and power tools in a production, construction, or maintenance setting is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Familiarity with reading blueprints or engineered drawings is helpful, with training available. Exposure to wiring, electrical assembly, or mechanical assembly is an advantage. Experience with brazing, insulation work, or general production and light assembly is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Shift 7:00am

• 3:30pm (6:00am
• 2:30pm in the warmer months) Overtime starting as early as 5:00am Saturday overtime is 5:00am
• 12:00pm Work Environment This role is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility where temperatures can become hot during the summer months.

You will work on a production floor using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build heating elements and industrial ovens. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and meeting production goals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
