Job Description

Effex is looking for a motivated Production Team Member for a manufacturing client. No experience? No problem — we provide on-site training! As a Production Team Member , you will be responsible for operating Polyurethane Steering Wheel Molding systems, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
The Production Team Member is responsible for operating Polyurethane Steering Wheel Molding systems, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations.
Shift Details:
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$16.50•$20.50 per hour
Day Shift:
Monday•
Thursday Night Shift:

Responsible for Polyurethane Steering Wheel Molding systems Inspect products for quality and accuracy Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with packaging and material handling as needed Support production goals and team efficiency Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifying Criteria:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and production environment Standing, walking, and repetitive motions required Exposure to machinery and production equipment PPE may be required depending on work area #
INDTGM Pay:
$16.50•$20.50 per hour
