• Job Title: General Production Worker - 2ND SHIFT
• Job Description
• We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to meet tight tolerances and production goals.
• Responsibilities
• + Set up CNC grinding machines to achieve precise tolerances. + Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet production goals. + Maintain CNC grinding machines to ensure optimal performance. + Evaluate and resolve technical problems as they arise. + Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Essential Skills
• + Previous experience with CNC machines. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Ability to operate manual grinders and machine tools. + Knowledge of machine operation, including calipers and micrometres. + Experience with Mazak and Haas machinery.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Familiarity with Mastercam programming. + Experience in machining and tooling. + Understanding of milling and production processes.

• Work Environment
• The work environment includes openings on first and second shifts, with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Employees have the option to work five days a week or four ten-hour days. The facility uses advanced technologies and equipment, including CNC grinding machines and manual grinders. The dress code is casual, allowing for comfort while working.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
