Monday-Friday Build Your Skills and Grow With Us UFB Fabrication is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Finisher/Sander to join our production team. In this hands-on position, you will sand, prepare, and finish sign components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to develop new manufacturing skills . You will begin with finishing and sanding work, then cross-train in assembly , routing, and other areas of production as you gain experience. Responsibilities Sand, prepare, and finish sign components according to quality standards Inspect completed pieces for defects and perform rework when needed Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment Cross-train in assembly, routing, and other production tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with team leads and production employees to meet quality and production goals Qualifications Previous sanding, finishing, fabrication, or production experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities What We Offer Competitive pay of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience On-the-job training and cross-training opportunities Opportunities to expand your skills and grow within production Stable employment in a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment Ready to build your skills and grow with us?
