Production Line Worker

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Work with diverse equipment in the process of liquid fill packaging. Packing and palletizing finished goods Follow written and oral direction Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Use of pallet jack to move products, materials and finished goods. Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors Organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines Learn and apply new skills and share your knowledge with others. May be required to operate mobile equipment. Will receive training and certification in mobile equipment operation as appropriate Other job tasks and functions as assigned by management Physical and other functions include: Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand in one area for long periods of time The physical ability to move freely and have sufficient reflexes to perform the same tasks repeatedly Able to lift 50lbs Able to work in warm and cold environments Basic reading, writing and math skills Possess good hand/eye coordination

Other Considerations:

Must be willing to accept accountability and work well in a team. Must be able to arrive to work on time and be accountable for the entirety of the work day. Must have wiliness to work overtime when needed. Must be willing to get cross-trained in other positions for development within the facility and provide any relief duties as needed.
