Full-Time; Monday - Thursday; 7:00 a.m - 5:30 p.m, Penmac Staffing is currently hiring for a Valve Body Production Associate position with a manufacturing client. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. RequirementsAbility to perform repetitive production work while maintaining quality standardsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the shiftDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow safety procedures and work instructionsManufacturing or production experience is helpful but not requiredResponsibilitiesAs a Valve Body Production Associate, you will play an important role in preparing valve body components for the production process.

Duties include:

Operating a small sandblast cabinetWashing valve body halves according to established proceduresPlacing cleaned valve body halves onto racks for processingMaintaining a clean and organized work areaMeeting production goals while following quality and safety standardsPerforming repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentThis position will be treated similarly to a Reman Pod role and offers an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing experience with a respected local employer.
