Manufacturing Springfield, MO Area Shift:
Tuesday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
Starting at $18.50/hour Position Overview We are hiring a dependable and motivated Stamping Press Operator to join our production team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to start a manufacturing career with hands-on training and growth potential. Key Responsibilities Operate stamping press machines to produce metal parts to specification Load and position metal coils for accurate production Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, reporting issues) Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Record production data and report any issues Work closely with team members to meet production goals Operate a forklift (training provided and required) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (training provided) Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and measurement skills Team-oriented with good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Problem-solving mindset Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Apply today to start your career in manufacturing with a team that values reliability, quality, and growth.
