Job Description
Job Summary The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing and production operations by assisting with product assembly, material handling, and preparation. This is a temporary assignment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist with assembling and producing products according to established specifications. Handle, move, organize, and prepare production materials. Operate approved machinery and equipment when properly trained and authorized. Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Follow production instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate with team members regarding questions, concerns, or production issues. Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Follow site policies related to quality, equipment, and workplace conduct.
