Production Laborer

General Production Worker Shifts Available 4:00pm

• 12:30am, Monday
• Friday 9:30pm
• 6:00am, Monday
• Friday Mandatory Saturday overtime on occasion Overtime during the week may occur up to 2 hours before or after the shift start/end times

Pay:

25/hr Responsibilities Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials Utilize hand and power tools to cut and prepare steel for assembly Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components. Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Essential Skills Willingness to learn and take on different roles within the team. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. Commitment to safety and quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with construction/carpentry experience or experience from another related field can be considered Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work. Ability to work as part of a team. Good attitude and eagerness to learn.
