Production Worker

Monday

• Thursday 4.30 PM
• 3 AM
• 40 hours per shift then possibly on Friday overtime Friday hours 2.

30 PM to 11 PM.

Position Overview:

The purpose of the production operator position is to use company equipment to efficiently process metal powder and briquettes in various forms in accordance with applicable work instructions yielding a product that complies with customer specifications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Ø Safely operate material handling equipment to transport and position material for processing. This can include various size forklifts. Ø Interpret work orders and work instructions to set-up and operate equipment. Ø Monitor process controls and adjust operating parameters to ensure a conforming product. Ø Perform testing and take measurements using various devices to assess product conformance. This can include weight scales, tape measures, calipers, etc. Ø Complete documentation legibly that serves as objective evidence that work has been performed in accordance with company and customer requirements. This can include various reports, logs, and tags. Ø Perform transactions and data entry at computer workstations. Ø Perform housekeeping / safety tasks and general maintenance on equipment when needed.

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour
