Position Summary We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Associates to support manufacturing operations. Production Associates will work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with production processes, operating equipment, inspecting products, packaging materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This position requires a willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule either 1st or 3rd shift. Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts 1st shift or 3rd shift Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products Follow established production procedures and work instructions Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper specifications Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production Perform basic machine adjustments and notify leadership of equipment issues Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days or nights 1 week and 4 the next) Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Must be safety-minded and willing to follow all company safety procedures Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
