As a General Labor Worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by helping produce high‑quality electronic components. Your work directly supports our commitment to excellence, innovation, and meeting customer demands efficiently. Responsibilities Assemble and manufacture electronic components according to specifications Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Collaborate with team members to improve production processes Assist in training new employees as needed Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred No prior experience required — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction Basic understanding of electrical components is a plus Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
