Job Description

Manufacturing Team Lead - 2nd Shift
Edelbrock Group
The Team Lead serves as a working leader—helping coordinate workflow, support production goals, maintain quality standards, and create a safe and efficient work environment.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday
2nd Shift (3:30p-1:30a)
Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You'll Do
Lead the Team
Support and guide production team members during daily operations
Assign tasks and help prioritize workflow based on production schedules
Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support
Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions and issue escalation
Support Production Operations
Assist with assembly, finishing, and preparation of manifold products
Ensure proper tools, methods, and procedures are followed
Help troubleshoot production issues and minimize bottlenecks
Support team productivity and workflow efficiency
Drive Quality
Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications
Conduct inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
Promote attention to detail and quality workmanship
Safety & Organization
Enforce all safety policies and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly
Inventory & Material Support
Help ensure materials and components are available for production
Maintain organized workstations and storage areas
Support inventory accuracy and proper material handling
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience
Experience working with hand tools, assembly processes, or production equipment
