Role Summary We are seeking Production Associates to support the Work Order Department at the Protective Industrial Products (PIP) facility in Olive Branch. You will be responsible for various warehouse and production tasks, including processing, organizing, and packaging items. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to attendance, meticulous attention to detail, and the stamina to handle repetitive work in a high-speed setting. Core Responsibilities Handle, sort, fold, and repack items as directed to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure work orders are processed with high precision to help maintain operational accuracy. Conduct quality checks on items to verify they meet standards. Prepare finished goods for subsequent production phases to keep the line moving. Execute repetitive production duties consistently throughout your shift. Maintain physical stamina to remain standing and active for long durations. Keep your designated workspace tidy and orderly to support team efficiency. Strive to achieve daily quality and output targets. Adhere strictly to PIP safety protocols and supervisor guidance to ensure a secure workplace. Provide support for various warehouse or production tasks as requested. Candidate Qualifications Commitment to fulfilling all mandatory overtime requirements. Capacity to work 10-hour shifts as needed by the facility. Availability to work weekends when production schedules require it. Ability to maintain the standard 7:00 AM-3:45 PM shift. Reliable means of transportation to the Olive Branch location. Consistent record of punctuality and attendance. Physical comfort with standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions.
