Manufacturing Assembly Associate•Saltillo, MS Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Available Shifts Weekday Shifts 1st
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•6:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 PM•6:00 AM Weekends as needed
Weekend Shifts Day Shift:
Friday•Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Night Shift:
Friday•Sunday, 6:00 PM•6:00 AM Additional hours available if desired Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Manufacturing Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Saltillo, MS. This position is ideal for candidates who have prior manufacturing experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Team members will be responsible for assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals while following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Essential Job Duties Assemble components and finished products according to production specifications Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures to ensure quality workmanship Inspect materials and finished products for defects or quality concerns Utilize hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required Maintain consistent production rates while meeting quality standards Package and prepare completed products for shipment or the next stage of production Perform routine housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required Experience working in a production or industrial environment Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed Strong teamwork and communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels What We're Looking For We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of quality, productivity, and attendance.
