Job Description

Manufacturing Production Associate Location:
Tupelo, MS Pay Rate:
$13.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:45
PM Positions Available:
2-3 Position Overview We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Associates to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This position is responsible for assembling and gluing manufactured products while maintaining production quality standards. The role is physically demanding and requires frequent heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must have a strong manufacturing background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Apply adhesives and assemble components according to production specifications and work instructions. Ensure products are properly aligned, bonded, and finished to meet quality standards. Perform frequent heavy lifting, moving, and handling of materials and finished products throughout the workday. Operate hand tools, production equipment, and other manufacturing machinery as needed. Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain production pace while adhering to safety and quality requirements. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required. Previous assembly, gluing, or production experience preferred. Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
