Job Description

1st and 2nd shift positions available. ​Core schedule is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be require GRAMMER is specialized in developing and manufacturing components and systems for car interiors as well as driver and passenger seats for off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and trains. What we are looking for:
Operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols. Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with specifications. Observe machine operations and ensure the process is running up to standards. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety regulations. Conduct quality control tests and removing defective products from the production line. Record production data. Collaborate with a team of operators to meet production targets and ensure efficiency. Participate in training and development activities to enhance job performance. Load and unload items from machines and racks. Ensure the manufacturing process adheres to all company and industry guidelines for safety and efficiency.
What you will bring along:
High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
