Sign Pro is looking for a hands-on CNC Routing Production Specialist to join our team. This role will be heavily focused on CNC routing and digital fabrication (3D Printing), producing high-quality sign components and helping drive a fast-paced production environment. You'll operate both large and small format CNC equipment daily and help us continue expanding our digital fabrication capabilities, including new large-format 3D printing technology. If you enjoy running equipment, solving problems, and creating real products you can point to around town, we'd like to talk. What You'll Be Doing CNC Routing (Primary Focus) Operate large and small format CNC routers daily Set up, load, and process production files Cut and machine a variety of materials including ACM, PVC, acrylic, aluminum, wood products, and other sign substrates Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance Digital Fabrication Assist with operation of digital fabrication technologies including large-format 3D printing Produce dimensional letters, sign components, custom elements, and specialty projects Assemble and finish routed components Production + Problem Solving Read and interpret work orders and production specifications Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency Troubleshoot fabrication and equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace You Might Be a
