is a licensed Montana cannabis brand built on one thing: consistency. We package pre-rolls in a cigarette-style flip-top pack and hold every single one to the same standard. The product either meets it or it doesn't leave. The Role Hands-on production work. You'll be rolling, filling, packing, and quality-checking pre-rolls to spec. The work is repetitive. The standard isn't. What We're Looking For Responsibilities Roll, fill, and pack pre-rolls to established weight and quality specifications Perform quality control checks throughout production — flag and remove non-conforming product Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production workspace Follow all state-mandated cannabis handling and safety protocols Track production output accurately Communicate proactively with the team when issues arise Shows up on time, every time Works clean and follows a process exactly Flags problems instead of ignoring them Takes the work seriously even when it sounds simple Cannabis production experience is a plus — starting pay reflects it Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must obtain a Montana DOR Marijuana Employee Work Badge prior to start date — we will assist the right candidate through the process Reliable, consistent availability — 15-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented manual work for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent output

Preferred:
