Finishing Lab is a growing metal finishing shop located in Bozeman, Montana, specializing in aluminum anodizing for a wide range of industries. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our production team in a full-time capacity. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that involves the use of various chemicals thus following established safety procedures at all times is a must. The anodizing shift assistant is responsible for cleaning, racking, masking, anodizing, and packaging aluminum parts. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that customer parts are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. In addition, the following skills are essential for this position: Effective time management Basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Communicate effectively with other team members
