We currently operate on a single shift schedule with a dedicated team of employees.

Job Description:

We are rapidly growing and adding to our team! Seeking reliable and detail-oriented operators to manufacture and package nutritional products, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and specifications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a solid work ethic , dependability , and a desire to contribute to our mission of supporting global health through our products. As part of the Production Team, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our operation.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated good judgment, flexibility, and innovativeness in various situations.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities
• Manufacture nutritional dietary supplements to customer specifications in a clean room environment.
• Setup and operate manual and automated equipment to supplement production, including: Weighing & blending ingredients Operating encapsulation equipment Polishing and inspecting capsules Operating fully automated packaging line
• Ensure the safe operation of all equipment.
• Performs cleaning of equipment and work areas as necessary.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations, including use of personal protective gear.
• Identifies and executes cost reduction opportunities.
• Undertake other duties as assigned. Position Specifics
