Job Description
Manufacturing Production Technician Company Overview Montana Global Health, established in 2019, is a privately-woman owned rapidly growing dietary supplement manufacturer based in Kalispell, MT. As a certified Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) company, we are also registered with the Food and Drug Administration and certified yearly by a 3rd party auditor, NSF. We currently operate on a single shift schedule with a dedicated team of employees.

We are rapidly growing and adding to our team! Seeking reliable and detail-oriented operators to manufacture and package nutritional products, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and specifications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a solid work ethic , dependability , and a desire to contribute to our mission of supporting global health through our products. As part of the Production Team, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our operation.Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated good judgment, flexibility, and innovativeness in various situations.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manufacture nutritional dietary supplements to customer specifications in a clean room environment.
- Setup and operate manual and automated equipment to supplement production, including: Weighing & blending ingredients Operating encapsulation equipment Polishing and inspecting capsules Operating fully automated packaging line
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment.
- Performs cleaning of equipment and work areas as necessary.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations, including use of personal protective gear.
- Identifies and executes cost reduction opportunities.
- Undertake other duties as assigned. Position Specifics
