Full Job Description Production/Manufacturing Team Member - Kydex Holster Manufacturing Invader Concepts | Kalispell, MT Do you enjoy working with your hands? Do you have handgun knowledge and a passion for firearms? Interested in learning how premium custom Kydex holsters are designed and built? If you answered yes, this is your opportunity to join the Invader Concepts production team and help create high-quality gear that protects firearms for hunters, law enforcement, military personnel, and everyday carriers across the country. What You'll Do As a Production Manufacturing Team Member, you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing top-tier Kydex holsters and accessories.

Schedule & Positions 1 Full-Time positions available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours/week) Why Join Invader Concepts? Your daily responsibilities will include:
Constructing holster accessories and components according to standard operating procedures while maintaining strict quality standards Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments Monitoring production output to meet inventory targets and communicating updates with the team Gathering and organizing materials and supplies to keep production running smoothly Performing basic setup, adjustments, and maintenance on tools and equipment (including sewing machines) Following all safety protocols and keeping your workspace clean and organized Working efficiently while consistently delivering high-quality results Pitching in with shipping, stocking, or other tasks as needed We work hard, but we also make sure the workday is enjoyable and positive. What We're Looking For Solid knowledge of handguns and holsters (Kydex or other types) 1-3 years of experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing (preferred) Experience with safely operating band saws, buffers, orbital sanders, belt sanders, routers, and/or drill presses Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented High school diploma or GED preferred Industrial sewing experience a plus!Bonus points if you're a gun enthusiast who loves precision work and creative problem-solving.
