In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, machine operating, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards during the evening shift. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic distribution environment, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, factory experience, and a strong work ethic to support our operational goals. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during the 2nd shift. Assemble products, manual order pulling & working on a fast- paced production line. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols. Cross train in different departments. Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Prior production experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are essential. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is a plus. Distribution experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively on the 2nd shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.
