Rate Range:

$16.67/Hr-$18/Hr Below you can find list of responsibilities for this role on the shoot. PA

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and set elements.
  • Ensure that the set is clean, organized, and ready for filming.
  • Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, equipment, or meals for the crew.
  • Coordinate with the PC/PM to fulfill any off-site needs.
  • Assist in managing crowds or bystanders during filming to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Distribute and collect release forms from individuals appearing on camera or participating in the show.
  • Support various departments, such as camera and audio, with tasks as directed by the production team.
  • Anticipate the needs of crew members and be ready to assist.
  • Assist with transportation logistics for crew members and equipment.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining the craft services area, ensuring crew members have access to snacks and refreshments.
  • Monitor and restock craft service supplies as needed.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues on set.
  • Provide creative solutions to challenges that may arise during filming.
  • Handle various miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the PC/PM or other team members.
