A. At Bucci Industries USA , based in Charlotte (NC) , we are hiring a Production Specialist within the IEMCA division.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Production Specialist (Mechanical & Electrical), you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, testing and commissioning of automated industrial equipment for the IEMCA brand at our Charlotte, NC facility. You will work closely with the Production Team to ensure machinery is assembled according to technical specifications, quality standards and safety procedures. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the production process. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining an efficient, organized and collaborative production environment. To be successful in this role, you have: Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly within an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, automation equipment or mechatronic systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a production team Experience using precision measuring tools is considered a plus Technical vocational training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Systems or related fields is preferred
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
